Title: Payroll Administrator

Pay: $25-27/HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain multiple payroll cycles, including weekly, semi-monthly, and commission payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and payroll information.
- Develop expertise in payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS systems, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Upload and reconcile positive pay files for payroll and accounting transactions.
- Coordinate pre-employment processes and new hire onboarding activities.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly payroll reports, billing invoices, and related documentation.
- Support Human Resources with FMLA administration, wage garnishments, employee time tracking, and other payroll-related functions.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, benefit deductions, and 401(k) administration requirements.
- Assist the HR Director and leadership team with payroll, HR, and administrative projects as needed.
- Provide general support for departmental operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years payroll processing experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
