Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors, calls, and deliveries
- Coordinate employee onboarding activities and assist with HR-related administration
- Support payroll documentation and general administrative processes
- Maintain office supplies, snacks, filing systems, and overall office organization
- Schedule and coordinate team lunches, meetings, and office events
- Provide administrative support to additional departments as needed
- Assist with accounts payable or purchasing-related tasks on an as-needed basis
