Hours: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
Schedule: Full-time on-site
Opportunity: Direct Hire, Permanent
Pay: $90,000-$120,000 per year plus an annual discretionary bonus
Location: San Diego, CA

Job Duties:
- This position will support the firm’s Labor and Employment Group, which consists of attorneys who focus 100 percent of their practice on labor and employment defense
- Managing case documents
- Coordinating filings and deadlines
- Assisting with discovery
- Preparing materials for hearings, trials, or transactions
- Handle research, organize evidence, communicate with clients and courts, and help keep matters moving efficiently
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Litigation experience
- Labor & Employment experience
- E-discovery, trial prep, and legal research skills
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Paralegal Certificate a plus
