The role is limited and task-focused.Must have experience with:Preparing Right to Attach Orders / prejudgment writs of attachmentSupporting declarations and exhibitsFiling in California courts (civil/commercial matters)This is not a training role — prior hands-on experience with prejudgment writ filings is required.
