Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess claims to determine eligibility based on policy terms and internal guidelines
- Analyze documentation and investigate claim details to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Calculate benefit amounts and finalize claim determinations
- Process claims in internal systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Record necessary financial transactions related to claims processing
- Communicate with claimants, agents, and third parties (such as medical providers) via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Respond to inquiries and provide updates regarding claim status and requirements
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards
- Support additional departmental tasks and projects as needed
- 3 years of Life Claims Examiner Experience
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to perform intermediate calculations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer systems
Salary : $18 - $24
