Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify an experienced HR professional to support leaders across a fast-paced healthcare environment. This individual will act as a strategic advisor on employee relations, leadership coaching, workforce planning, organizational development, and HR compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and department leaders on employee matters and workplace best practices
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help drive a positive team environment
- Provide guidance on performance concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution
- Assist with workplace investigations and sensitive employee situations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business and operational goals
- Review trends and provide recommendations related to retention, morale, and team effectiveness
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and HR initiatives
- 5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, HRBP, or employee relations capacity
- Strong employee relations and performance management background
- Knowledge of employment laws including FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO, and Title VII
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred
- Healthcare industry experience is required
