A healthcare system in Southern New Hampshire is looking to hire an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. The person in this role will be part of a team of 5 HRBPs who are responsible for employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement within their assigned business units.
This position is fully on-site in Nashua, NH. (Local candidates only)
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive, hands-on experience doing employee relations work including: coaching, performance management, disciplinary actions, investigations, terminations, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years experience working in well-rounded HR role
- Strong employee relations experience
Preferences:
- Healthcare experience is a strong preference
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
