Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level administrative and legal support within a shared team model supporting attorneys
- Coordinate complex scheduling including meetings, conference rooms, travel arrangements, and itineraries
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and time-sensitive deliverables with a high degree of accuracy
- Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, legal documents, reports, and internal materials
- Maintain document management systems and organize digital and physical case files
- Track and submit attorney time entries, billing data, and related financial documentation
- Support client billing workflows and matter opening processes
- Act as a central communication point for attorneys, clients, and internal staff
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of prior legal or administrative support experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal/admin systems (or similar platforms)
