Location (city, state): 5 days onsite in Two Harbors, Minnesota
Compensation: $35hr. W2

Our client is a leading building materials manufacturer seeking an IT End User Support Analyst II to provide hands-on and remote technical support across multiple plant and office locations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, conference room technology, networking equipment, VoIP systems, and manufacturing technology while supporting end users in both office and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have strong desktop support experience, knowledge of networking fundamentals, and be comfortable working within manufacturing facilities while adhering to safety standards. This position offers broad technical exposure, collaboration with plant leadership and engineering teams, and requires occasional travel between supported locations.
Qualifications:
- Customer facing – excellent soft skills
- Desktop Support skills (Microsoft/O365, PC’s, Wise Terminals, very general)
- Basic Networking and Infrastructure Support (Route/Switch)
- Experience partnering with 3rd party software vendors.
Preferred:
- SCCM
- VMWARE
- Azure AD or Intune
