Job Description:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to leadership and team members in the Western U.S. region. This role goes beyond traditional HR operations by influencing business outcomes through people strategies. The HRBP will work closely with senior leadership to design initiatives that drive growth, develop talent, ensure compliance, and cultivate a high-performing and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational design.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, labor laws, talent development, and compliance across multiple states.
- Champion company culture, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
- Leverage HR analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve workforce performance.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Benefits, Compensation, Training, Payroll) to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs.
- Travel as needed to support regional teams, strengthen relationships, and represent HR at field locations and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification preferred.
- 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role.
- Multi-state HR experience, primarily within western states.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

- Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, onsite in Newport Beach, CA.
