Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an HR Leave Administrator for a contract opportunity. This role will support the HR team by managing employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, and providing a high level of service to employees throughout the leave process. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling time-sensitive HR matters in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process employee leave requests in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding leave-related questions and status updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all leave cases and supporting documentation
- Partner with HR and management to ensure proper communication and coverage during employee absences
- Monitor leave timelines and follow up on required documentation to ensure compliance
- Assist with reporting and tracking leave data as needed
