The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance. This individual will work closely with leadership to implement people strategies that support company culture, talent retention, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle onboarding including offer letters, HRIS setup, paperwork, and new hire orientation.
- Partner with hiring managers to coordinate training and integrate new hires into the workplace culture.
- Manage payroll processing for employees and contractors with accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain HR systems and employee records while ensuring data accuracy.
- Administer benefits programs, including new enrollments, qualifying events, and open enrollment.
- Support recruitment efforts through candidate screening, interviewing, and selection assistance.
- Collaborate with leadership to update company policies, employee handbook, and compliance initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Drive employee engagement programs, HR training, and performance management.
- Provide support for compensation, promotions, and professional development initiatives.
- Maintain an approachable HR culture built on transparency, trust, and collaboration.
- Assist with employee relations including recognition programs, corrective actions, terminations, and exit interviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of HR experience in a Generalist, Specialist, Administrator, or Manager capacity.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and employee relations.
- Experience with payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in-office in Scottsdale, AZ.
