- Manage a layered team structure, including direct and indirect reports across multiple locations
- Establish and implement best practices, processes, and performance standards across administrative operations
- Partner with leadership to support a high-performing, client-service-oriented environment
- Oversee workplace operations, including facilities management and office experience initiatives
- Support real estate strategy, including office planning, relocations, lease coordination, and vendor partnerships
- Drive operational improvements, scalability, and consistency across locations
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and operational planning related to workplace and real estate functions
- 8 years of experience in administrative leadership, workplace operations, real estate, or a related function
- Proven experience managing administrative teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization
- Experience in professional services required
- Exposure to facilities, workplace operations, and real estate strategy preferred
- Highly organized, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
