Job Title: DEX Support Analyst

Location (city, state): San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $50-70/hr

Job Description:

Own and operate Nexthink at a top-tier tech-focused private equity firm (200 employees), driving measurable improvements in Digital Employee Experience while serving as a Level II/III end-user support specialist. High visibility, immediate impact, and strong exposure to AI initiatives, with a likely path to convert.

Qualifications:

• Hands on experience with Nexthink
• Should be comfortable with administration, analytics, dashboarding, and proactive DEX improvements
• Level II/III end-user support with strong troubleshooting skills
• Confident supporting Microsoft/O365, Windows desktop (some macOS)
• Zoom and Slack administration/support
• Ticketing via Zendesk
• Strong communication and customer-facing presence; personality/culture fit critical

Preferred Tech/Experience:

• Prior ownership of a DEX platform (Nexthink preferred)
• Experience creating investigations, campaigns, and remediation in Nexthink
• Curiosity about AI and applying AI to IT operations
• Prior Private Equity/Venture Capital industry experience
