Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and administrative roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple U.S. time zones.
- Conduct phone screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate interview coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Leverage recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems to identify top talent.
- Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the healthcare or medical field
- Strong sourcing and research skills with the ability to find candidates through multiple channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting high-volume hiring
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems and general computer applications
