Healthcare Recruiter (Sales-Focused Role)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Location: [Fort Worth, 76116] | Onsite
• Pay: $26.44 – $28.85/hr DOE
• Full-time | Temp-to-Hire
• Standard schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Some schedule flexibility available
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
• $55K – $60K base salary
• Commission eligible
• $20K – $30K bonus potential during year 1
ROLE IMPACT
This role is responsible for driving recruiting activity through high-volume outbound outreach and relationship-building with physicians and clinical professionals for moonlighting opportunities.
The Recruiter plays a critical role in generating candidate engagement, maintaining consistent pipeline activity, and filling staffing needs through strategic sourcing and strong communication.
This position is essential to supporting organizational growth by combining recruiting expertise with a highly sales-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make approximately 100 outbound calls per day to warm leads
• Recruit physicians and clinical staff for moonlighting and staffing opportunities
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, texting platforms, and recruiting tools to source talent
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess fit for open opportunities
• Maintain detailed recruiting activity and candidate tracking
• Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring and placement goals
• Manage multiple priorities in a metrics-driven environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, sales, or high-volume outbound calling experience preferred
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive and results-oriented mindset
