Skip Recovery Agent
Location Fort Worth, TX (Alliance Area)
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $19-$21/hr
• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Employment Type: W2
ROLE IMPACT
The Skip Recovery Agent plays a critical role in supporting the client’s financial recovery operations by managing post–charge-off accounts and coordinating with skip and repossession vendors. This position ensures timely resolution of accounts, compliance with procedures, and accurate communication across all recovery channels. Success is defined by account resolution rates, vendor performance, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assign and monitor post–charge-off accounts with skip and repossession vendors to ensure prompt and effective recovery.
• Manage inbound calls (10–15 per day) to discuss reinstatements, payoffs, and vehicle recoveries.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee compliance with performance expectations.
• Utilize approved databases and digital tools to locate clients and collateral through updated contact and address information.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous experience in auto finance collections or skip tracing REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
