Job Responsibilities:
- B2B Collections! High call volume environment
- Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy in billing information.
- Monitor and record incoming payments from clients, accurately posting to customer accounts.
- Proactively follow up with clients regarding overdue invoices via phone calls, emails, or written correspondence. Work with clients to establish payment plans if necessary.
- Regularly reconcile accounts receivable balances, ensuring that all discrepancies are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Process and apply payments received, accurately updating customer accounts.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Collections
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel- (Sorting and Filtering Data, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP's)
