Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and assist customers with account-related inquiries.
- Provide detailed documentation such as payoff quotes, final invoices, and title release packets.
- Assist with lien releases and ensure accurate information is provided to customers and internal teams.
- Guide customers through online processes such as account registration.
- Update and maintain internal logs and reports as needed.
- Help with toll violation tracking for lease customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support administrative processes.
- Occasionally assist with front desk coverage and additional administrative support tasks.
- 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls (50 daily).
