- Welcome and assist guests, employees, and vendors, creating a warm and professional office environment
- Manage front desk tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and coordinating visitor check-ins
- Assist with planning and organizing internal meetings, luncheons, and office events
- Prioritize and route important communication to leadership and management
- Create simple graphics or materials for internal use (flyers, event signage, presentations) using tools like Canva
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office and lobby area
- Handle breakroom upkeep, including setting up daily refreshments and managing inventory (requires occasional lifting)
- Coordinate office supply orders and maintain stock levels across multiple office locations
- Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support office security procedures and direct visitors to appropriate departments
