Job Description
Our client is seeking an onsite Temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with invoice reconciliation projects. This role will play a key part in maintaining organized administrative processes while providing general office support. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to handling multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile and process invoices accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative and clerical functions to support office operations
- Manage email correspondence and communicate professionally with internal teams
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation
- Perform data entry and update internal systems as needed
- Support special projects and departmental initiatives
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office tasks
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative activities
- Collaborate with team members to support project completion and operational goals
- Provide additional administrative support as assigned
Qualifications
Experience:
- 1 years of administrative, office support, accounting support, or related experience preferred
- Experience with invoice processing or invoice reconciliation is highly preferred
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn and navigate internal systems quickly
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Additional administrative or business-related training is a plus
