Accounts Receivable Specialist - Contract to Hire
We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well across all levels of an organization, and takes ownership of the full AR cycle — from invoicing through cash application and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- :Process billings in a timely manner using WAWF, GSA, IPP, or comparable external invoicing system
- sSupport billing activities and deliver invoices via customer web portal
- sReview invoices for accuracy and compliance with applicable contracts, guidelines, and regulation
- sMaintain regular communication with internal and external business partners/clients regarding past-due payment
- sPerform timely and accurate cash application of customer payment
- sMaintain daily invoice logs and subledger record
- sMaintain and monitor accounts receivable agin
- gBuild and sustain professional relationships with employees at all levels in a fast-paced environmen
- tSupport broader AR department functions, including the monthly close process, account reconciliations, audits, and special projects as neede
Salary : $25 - $27
