Responsibilities
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Post daily cash receipts and reconcile customer payments
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding account balances and payment inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing activities and AR reporting
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and account maintenance
Qualifications
- Previous accounts receivable experience required
- Strong understanding of AR processes and account reconciliations
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
