Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of accounting professionals
- Review and ensure accuracy of financial records and reports
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal accounting standards
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and accrual-based accounting processes
- Develop and improve accounting procedures and internal controls
- Provide guidance and financial insight to management
Qualifications
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Fund, intercompany, or HOA accounting experience is a plus
- Degree preferred but not required
