The Opportunity
Join our Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring Systems (ALCMS) team at ADB Safegate—a global leader in intelligent airport solutions. The Project Support Administrator will play a central role in optimizing project execution, administrative processes, and operational consistency, directly supporting our mission to improve airport safety and efficiency at more than 2,500 airports worldwide.

You will make an impact by…

  • Resource Management and Scheduling
    • Leading coordination between procurement, project engineering, and the warehouse to align production schedules with project priorities.
    • Managing and optimizing commissioning schedules across multiple projects to ensure timely and efficient deployment.
    • Providing centralized visibility into resource allocation to reduce scheduling conflicts and improve resource utilization.
  • SAP S/4 Support and Governance
    • Acting as the primary support resource for SAP S/4 usage within the project team.
    • Monitoring and auditing data quality, including production orders and material status, to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Driving system adoption and reducing inefficiencies caused by inconsistent data handling.
  • Sales Order Management
    • Overseeing the administration of the Sales Order lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
    • Supporting Project Engineers in maintaining up-to-date order information and assisting in the closure of ALCMS projects.
    • Improving the consistency and traceability of project financial processes.
  • Quality Control and Documentation Management
    • Establishing and maintaining standardized project documentation practices.
    • Managing centralized file repositories and reporting structures.
    • Ensuring completeness, accuracy, and auditability of all project records.
  • Event and Coordination Support
    • Organizing internal team events and project coordination meetings.
    • Supporting cross-functional communication and alignment initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.

What you bring…

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field, preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • 2 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a related support role within engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments.
  • Experience with resource scheduling, administrative support, and process optimization across multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 or similar ERP systems; ability to monitor data quality and drive system adoption.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  • Experience in supporting sales order administration and project financial processes is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing project requirements.
