The Opportunity....
The Service Coordinator – Eastern Region provides a wide variety of administrative and support services to the Engineering Services Group, company, project or other organizational units, including file and record maintenance, data management, analysis, and reporting/document control.
You will make an impact by….
- Perform as the single point of contact for Service’s incidents for internal and external customers for the Eastern Region.
- Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, compile data, and assemble reports.
- Responsible for project and technical services resources through support and monitoring.
- Invoicing / billing for service work performed.
- Assisting with Service revenue forecasting and tracking revenue-impacting activities
- Managing the renewal of service contracts to support continued revenue and customer retention.
- Creating and managing service tickets for the field service team to ensure work is completed and hours worked are accurately captured. A shared resource with other departments as directed by immediate supervisor.
The talent we want to inspire has...
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One(1) to Two (2) years of vocational or technical training
- Two (2) to Four (4) years of administrative or office management experience
- Midlevel experienced with Microsoft Office Suite Fluent English (oral and written communication skills)
