Mission
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, turnkey solutions that enhance airport operations and safety across Central & Eastern Europe. You will be the driving force behind successful project execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams, external partners, and customers. Your mission is to:
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver projects that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from acquisition through to final acceptance on site, maintaining direct contact with customers.
- Coordinate all internal activities (design, control system realization, production, documentation, logistics) in close cooperation with department managers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and coordinate external contractors involved in projects.
- Take financial responsibility for project turnover and EBIT, ensuring targets are met.
- Travel across Central & Eastern Europe to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within project teams.
Your Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in project leadership, execution, service business, contracting, and engineering—preferably in the IT sector or airport industry.
- Technical sales experience and understanding of turnkey projects are strong advantages.
- Fluency in English and Russian is essential; Finnish or other Eastern European language skills are highly valued.
- Proactive team player with interdisciplinary thinking and a passion for applying technical and social abilities.
- Comfortable with responsibility and adept at managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and flexibility to deliver within tight deadlines.
- Solid project management toolkit and a proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- High level of autonomy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
