Senior Paralegal- Commercial Contracts, Litigation

We're assisting our corporate client in finding a detail‑driven Senior Paralegal to support our commercial contracting, litigation matters, and corporate governance functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working across multiple legal disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain digital contract workflows, templates, and playbooks
• Review, edit, and manage NDAs, procurement agreements, and standard commercial contracts
• Track contract lifecycle milestones and ensure accurate documentation
• Conduct legal and factual research and prepare concise memos
• Support litigation and e‑discovery, manage case files, and coordinate with outside counsel
• Assist with subpoenas, discovery responses, litigation holds, and matter tracking
• Maintain corporate records, governance documents, and Secretary of State filings
• Calendar compliance deadlines and prepare governance materials

What We're Looking For: A highly organized, proactive legal professional with strong writing skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is great contract-hire position with a well-established company in San Jose. Paralegals that have worked in a corporate/commercial contracts law firm practice and are interested in transitioning into an in-house position are highly encouraged to apply.
