Our client, a national Am Law firm with a growing presence in the Denver market, is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join its dynamic transactional practice.
This role is ideal for an attorney with 2 years of experience handling a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Private equity transactions
- Securities (both public and private offerings)
- Corporate governance and entity formation
- Venture capital and emerging company work
- General corporate and finance-related matters
The group represents a diverse client base, ranging from emerging growth companies and private equity sponsors to established public companies, providing associates with meaningful exposure to sophisticated, high-value transactions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- The ability to independently manage transactional components while working closely with senior attorneys and clients
