Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the firm by welcoming clients, attorneys, and visitors while providing concierge-level service.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, catering, and facility needs to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support hybrid and in-person meetings or hearings by setting up video and audio connections (Zoom, A/V systems) and assisting with basic tech troubleshooting.
- Manage administrative tasks, including mail distribution, supply inventory, and maintaining a polished office environment.
- Partner with building management and IT to address facility and technology issues.
- Support safety procedures and participate in office projects and committees as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or legal environments preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Crestron, HDMI, A/V setup).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot minor technical issues with remote IT assistance.
Required Work Hours
Flexible 8-hour workday, Monday through Friday, fully onsite in Century City, CA.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $25-$30 per hour during the temporary period, transitioning to an annual salary of $46,000-$60,300 upon hire. The firm values innovation, service excellence, and growth, providing a supportive environment for professional development.
