The Commercial Real Estate Attorney position is a full-time salary position and includes
employee benefits. The salary is determined on an individual basis and is designed to consider
the applicant's qualifications, work history, and educational background.

The primary responsibilities of the Commercial Real Estate Attorney include, but are not
limited to the following:
- Advising clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, multi-family, office, and commercial retail properties;
- Drafting/negotiating/reviewing commercial real estate contracts, closing documents, leases, and related financing documentation;
- Managing transaction closings and performing legal due diligence;
- Building and maintaining productive working relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 5 years of complex commercial real estate transaction experience.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Must have passed the Georgia bar exam and be licensed in Georgia
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school
