Location: Bradenton, FL

Schedule: Onsite | Flexible Monday–Friday schedule between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $18–$20/hour based on experience | Full-time preferred

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and daily office operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for candidates, employees, and clients while assisting with hiring initiatives, onboarding coordination, compliance reporting, and administrative support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys building strong relationships while keeping processes organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates and employees via phone, email, and text regarding job opportunities, assignments, onboarding, and scheduling
• Conduct background checks, employment verifications, and onboarding documentation
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and customer-focused manner
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates, employees, and clients throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate and represent the company at recruiting events, job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
• Assist with compliance reporting, client documentation, and recruiting-related administrative tasks
• Support high-volume recruiting projects and staffing initiatives
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new hire paperwork is completed accurately and timely
• Assist with timekeeping systems, payroll support functions, and employee record maintenance
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the recruiting and management team
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all employee and client information

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting, administrative, staffing, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, upbeat, and customer service-oriented attitude
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment
• Dependable, energetic, and motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with changing priorities

Education & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• Valid Florida Driver’s License required
