- Welcome and greet prospective homebuyers and visitors
- Maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere within the model home
- Monitor guest arrivals and departures
- Ensure all visitors sign in appropriately
- Notify the sales team when guests arrive
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the model home
- Answer basic questions and direct guests as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality
