- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with computers, social media, and office equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic Community Lifestyle & Activities Coordinator to create engaging experiences for residents. The Community Lifestyle & Activities Coordinator will plan events, promote community amenities, and build strong relationships to enhance resident satisfaction and community culture.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate community events and activities
- Promote and manage lifestyle amenities and social spaces
- Engage with residents, prospective residents, and sales teams
- Maintain and communicate the community events calendar
- Gather resident feedback to improve programming
- Conduct tours and present community offerings
- Support outreach efforts and community engagement initiatives
- Assist with administrative tasks and daily operations
