An international semiconductor equipment manufacturing company is actively seeking a Customer Services Specialist to join their office near Lowell, MA. A successful candidate has experience business to business customer service in manufacturing field.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Specialist
- Responsible for customer service operations to ensure customer satisfactions
- Manage customer's portal to updates all activities, including submitting purchase orders, parts orders, quotes and sales orders etc
- Ensure customer service is in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Work with service department to ensure and monitor work orders from customers are completed in timely manner
- Monitor inventory to ensure products are distributed in timely manner with company’s standard fill rate
- Handle customer complaints and perform root cause analysis
- Report customer complaints to management and make suggestions for improvements
- Provide training for new/current customer service representatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Customer Service Specialist
- 2-3 years of experience in the customer service role
- Experience in manufacturing company is a big plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication or related field
- Strong leadership skills in team environment and management skill to bring positive atmosphere to the team
- Ability to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment
- Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation Skills
- Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently
- Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
