Warehouse Associate
Essential Functions
- Gather and pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Receive and inspect all incoming raw materials for correct type, grade, and quantity against bill of receipt.
- Print labels for material pallets or drums.
- Obtain freight bills and packing lists.
- Print HMIS labels.
- Unload freight to staging area.
- Accurately perform cycle counts.
- Operate LN hand scanner and terminal software.
- Comply with all safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
- Participate in Total Quality and ISO Certification.
- Operate various warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, and stock picker.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Commit to the company’s safety and quality programs.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift certification or ability to pass forklift certification test.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety rules.
- Proficiency in using computers for company-required processes, procedures, and training
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to four hours.
- Regular use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and communicate verbally.
- Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing.
- Routinely lift, carry, and move raw materials or company products weighing up to 100 pounds.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
