Job Description

Join a dynamic team that has been delivering quality construction services nationwide since 1981. As part of a 37-member Construction Management team, you will travel across the country to manage various construction projects. Our company values long-term client relationships, handling projects worth $60-65 million annually. Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site supervision of subcontractors.
• Monitor contractor production, schedule, and performance.
• Ensure contractors complete work on schedule.
• Communicate daily status of current projects to the Project Manager to ensure timeliness and adherence to company standards.
• Report and address all potential safety concerns, incidents, and issues promptly.
• Certify that all submittals comply with contract requirements.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure requirements are met for each construction process.
• Review all material submittals for compliance with plans.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of superintendent experience.
• Experience in reading and interpreting civil/utilities drawings.
• Willingness to travel year-round, with home visits every other weekend.
• Experience in construction management, commercial construction, and subcontractor management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Procore experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment

The position involves traveling to various project sites, which include grocery stores, tractor dealerships, car dealerships, car washes, and more. Enjoy $30 per day in per diem for food, a $500 monthly vehicle allowance, and company-provided lodging and flights. A company phone is also provided. Employees are flown home every other weekend with rental cars arranged for convenience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $50.48/hr.
