Responsibilities
- Provide daily on-site supervision of subcontractors.
- Monitor contractor production, schedule, and performance.
- Ensure contractors complete work on schedule.
- Communicate daily project status to Project Manager.
- Report and address all potential safety concerns, incidents, and issues promptly.
- Certify that all submittals comply with contract requirements.
- Review plans and specifications to ensure compliance.
- Review all material submittals for compliance with plans.
Essential Skills
- 3 years of superintendent experience.
- Experience with civil/utilities on commercial new construction projects.
- Proficiency in Procore.
- Ability to travel year-round.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $50.48/hr.
