Job Description
As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be responsible for planning the execution phase of various projects. Collaborating closely with the operational team, you will create comprehensive project plans, ensuring that execution goals are met and obstacles are effectively managed.
Responsibilities
- Develop a project plan for each phase of work.
- Prepare the team to execute using defined planning processes.
- Ensure project execution goals are met for their portion of work.
- Understand project information to identify obstacles and opportunities.
- Concrete construction expertise.
- Experience in commercial construction.
- 4 years of experience with self-performing General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
- Self-perform concrete experience required.
- Commercial and/or industrial project experience.
- Experience with data centers, hospitals, educational, industrial, and parking garage projects.
