Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Survey Technician to join our team, supporting both land development and surveying projects. This role requires proficiency in various aspects of civil design and drafting, with a particular focus on AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the land development and surveying teams to provide comprehensive design support.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for creating detailed plans and layouts.
- Apply expertise in stormwater management and drainage systems to design effective solutions.
- Engage in land planning and subdivision projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Work on topography and site layout designs, contributing to successful land development projects.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design.
- Strong understanding of stormwater management and drainage systems.
- Experience with platts and land development planning.
- 5 years of experience in civil design, drafting, or a related field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Certification in CAD or drafting.
- Experience in survey design and topography.
