Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Survey Technician to join our team, supporting both land development and surveying projects. This role requires proficiency in various aspects of civil design and drafting, with a particular focus on AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the land development and surveying teams to provide comprehensive design support.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for creating detailed plans and layouts.
• Apply expertise in stormwater management and drainage systems to design effective solutions.
• Engage in land planning and subdivision projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Work on topography and site layout designs, contributing to successful land development projects.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design.
• Strong understanding of stormwater management and drainage systems.
• Experience with platts and land development planning.
• 5 years of experience in civil design, drafting, or a related field.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Certification in CAD or drafting.
• Experience in survey design and topography.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MURFREESBORO, TN.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
