Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Server Manufacturing Engineer to lead and optimize server production operations. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality output, process efficiency, and alignment with global manufacturing standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new manufacturing processes, optimize existing ones, and improve overall production efficiency.
- Manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products, and coordinate resources effectively.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures, analyze production data for quality issues, and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Select, install, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, ensuring it is operating effectively.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing costs, optimize material usage, and improve production efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise to other departments, troubleshoot production issues, and support the manufacturing team.
- Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and production personnel to optimize the entire manufacturing process.
Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
- Ability to analyze production data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work within budget constraints.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, data analysis tools, and other relevant software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in server manufacturing or technical production.

This is a Permanent position based out of Whitsett, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $118000.00/yr.
401k 6% PTO for 2 weeks
