Server Manufacturing Process Engineer
Location: Whitsett, NC
We’re looking for a Server Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead and optimize server production operations. This role ensures high-quality output, efficient processes, and alignment with Lenovo’s global manufacturing standards.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes, tooling, and test fixtures.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams for smooth product launches.
- Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to optimize production.
- Drive continuous improvement and resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience in server manufacturing or technical production.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools, manufacturing systems, and data analysis.
- Experience with Linux systems and server hardware (preferred).
