Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Professional Engineer to oversee and lead projects focused on roads, site development, grading, pavement, stormwater, water distribution, and sanitary sewer collection systems. Projects range in value from $2M to $250M and include both public and private sector initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception through completion.
• Oversee design and development for roads, grading, stormwater, and utility systems.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Prepare and review stormwater reports and ensure effective drainage solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams for project success.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D for project design and documentation.

• Civil engineering expertise with 10 years of experience in design and project management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• Licensing as a Civil Professional Engineer in the State of California.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

• Experience with federal/DoD projects and public projects in California is preferred.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This position is based primarily in an office setting for five days a week, with hybrid flexibility potentially available after three months. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $68.00/hr.
