Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team within the pharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality standards in analytical methods and quality control, particularly within the cell and gene therapy sectors.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and perform assays including Endotoxin, Flow Cytometry, and PCR analytical methods.
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and quality control standards.
- Support lab investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
- Manage and lead a team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
- Interact effectively with clients and health authorities, maintaining excellent communication.
- Stay adaptable to evolving demands and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Travel between facilities as needed and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Master's Degree with 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or GMP environment, or Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of analytical assays such as Flow Cytometry, PCR, and ELISAs.
- Extensive experience in Quality Control with a solid understanding of compendial methods and regulatory guidance.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience with LIMS, Endotoxin, Sterility, mycoplasma, and method qualification/validation.
- Familiarity with FDA, EMEA, ICH, USP, and cGMP regulations.
- Knowledge of Gene/Cell therapy products, particularly in clinical production.
This role is based in a growing CDMO focused on Cell and Gene Therapy at a brand new site. The environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a collaborative spirit. The work involves flexible hours and may require travel between facilities.

This is a Permanent position based out of NA, New Jersey.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
