We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies.
- Collect and analyze data to support improvement initiatives.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Standardize work and document best practices.
- Manage employee ideas and recognition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
- Educate staff on continuous improvement principles and practices.
- Establish metrics to measure the success of improvement initiatives.
- Report on the progress and outcomes to management.
Essential Skills
- Industrial engineering experience.
