Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Lab Technician to join our team on a full-time, first-shift schedule. This role is essential in ensuring that all outbound products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual and functional inspections of finished products, including checks for appearance, labeling, and pressure resistance.
• Conduct laboratory testing on finished product goods before shipment.
• Review analytical data in LIMS and perform lot release for compliant batches.
• Approve released lots in SAP to enable timely shipping and invoicing.
• Generate and distribute Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) via email or customer portals.
• Verify shipping documentation, including barcode labels and packing slips.
• Manage incoming quality control (IQC) samples and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Monitor product trends using analytical data and escalate any deviations or abnormalities.
• Organize and transmit temperature log data to customers; routinely inspect and update quality documentation and calibration records within LIMS.
• Support internal and customer audits by preparing documentation and collaborating with QA.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, logistics, and customer service teams.

Essential Skills

• Associates Degree in Technical field required.
• Bachelors Degree in STEM focused area preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with LIMS, SAP, or similar systems is preferred.
• Working knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001, IATF.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with quality assurance, quality control, laboratory audits, and inspections.
• Knowledge of GMP standards.
• Chemistry or biology.
• Experience with batch records and quality checks.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
