Position Summary:
Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a pharma manufacturer who is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Control Technician. This person will carry out laboratory tests and quality control activities to ensure compliance with SOPs and cGMP standards. Report any unusual results or issues that could affect product quality to Management or Supervision right away. Help coordinate lab testing schedules and equipment use, and may oversee the work of other team members. Work independently with limited supervision, using sound judgment and initiative.
Must Haves:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in life science or a related field and relevant internship/work experience in a lab
- If no degree, then 6 months of quality experience in a lab
- Proficient in the use of several of the following laboratory instruments: Analytical Balance, pH meter, automatic pipettes, FTIR, UV-Vis, Voltammeter, Autotitrator, HPLC, GC, IC, ICP, Flame AA, TOC, Conductivity meter.

- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following all Safety, Quality, and SOP guidelines.
- Ensure full operational compliance with U.S. and international regulatory standards and agencies.
- Adhere to site safety and radiation protection requirements in all work activities.
- Maintain the department, equipment, and work areas in good working order and cleanliness.
- Complete required training to perform assigned tasks accurately and consistently; attend all mandatory site and regulatory trainings.
- Assist in the training and development of team members to promote skill growth and consistency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to complete quality and testing activities efficiently and on schedule.
- Support investigations by providing accurate test results and communicating relevant findings.
- Manage laboratory supply inventory to ensure materials are available for ongoing operations.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing priorities and schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
