Join a dynamic team working on a 10-floor office renovation project as a Quality Control Manager. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the project progresses smoothly, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the project progresses according to schedule and standards.
- Monitor subcontractors to ensure they perform work as expected.
- Handle project-related paperwork and maintain project schedules.
- Coordinate material delivery and usage.
- Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control measures.
- Ensure subcontractors adhere to safety protocols.
- Proficiency in construction quality control and management.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC processes in construction.
- Knowledge of OSHA10 safety standards.
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management preferred.
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek solutions.
- Experience with interior office renovation projects is a plus.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of North Charleston, SC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.06/hr.
