Job Description
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in organizing and managing key on-going programs for three global franchises: Cell Salvage, Hemostasis Management, and Transfusion Management. This position is responsible for managing agendas, following up on action items, and reporting minutes to broader audiences. The role involves creating Core Team governance and engaging with cross-functional team members for business continuity programs of varying size, scope, and complexity. The Project Manager may support various project phases, from inception to product launch to end of life, ensuring proactive project management and coordination of interdisciplinary design and integration needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain weekly agendas, notes, and action item follow-ups for each franchise's Core Teams.
- Lead agenda topics and discussions during key program meetings, escalating items requiring managerial attention.
- Create and manage program dashboards in Smartsheet to facilitate Core Team meetings and track status updates.
- Identify opportunities for process and format improvement.
- Report on programs and status to broader leadership.
- Lead program oversight and partner effectively with cross-functional teams at all technical and managerial levels.
- Work with multiple diverse technical and business functions, using tact and discretion to resolve conflicts.
- Communicate effectively with multiple teams, diverse stakeholders, and customers.
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed to meet changing requirements.
- Leverage Smartsheet tools for schedule development and status reporting.
Essential Skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Doors (IBM), project coordination, and trace matrices.
- Experience in verification and validation processes, DOORs, Agile, IVDR, FDA, and technical writing.
- Experience in subsystems requirements.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum five years of experience in Program Management, Marketing, or related functions in the medical device or life science industry.
- Proficient in Smartsheet and all Microsoft applications.
Work Environment
This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work environment. The successful candidate will work with a global team, utilizing technologies such as Smartsheet and Microsoft applications. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills for effective stakeholder management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
