Assistant Project Manager - Construction & Survey

Position Overview
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support project execution by coordinating field crews, organizing data, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results. This is primarily an office role with occasional field responsibilities. Candidates with a PLS or LSIT certification are preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with field crews regarding data collection requirements.
- Organize and review survey data to create accurate deliverables.
- Provide feedback to field teams and collaborate with project managers.
- Package and submit finalized data for client delivery.
- Attend project briefings and client meetings as needed.
- Perform research, calculations, and drafting tasks.
- Occasionally assist with field work.
- Maintain project task lists and ensure clarity on project scope.
Qualifications
- 2-year degree with 3-5 years of related surveying experience, or 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Carlson, CAD software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PLS or LSIT certification preferred but not required.
