Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams across multiple trades.

- Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate progress to project leadership.

What We're Looking For:
- 10 years of experience in large-scale commercial or industrial construction, preferably data centers or mission-critical facilities.

- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
